The course aims to provide the participant with a thorough understanding of the safe operation of power tools.
Course Content
The course will cover the following elements:
- Legislation
- Hazards and risks in relation to the use of stihl saws, power tools and abrasive wheels
- Appropriate PPE and appropriate pre-use checks
- Methods of risk control
Course Benefits
After completing the course, participants will have a thorough understanding of demonstrating their competence in handling abrasive wheels safely. .
The participant will receive a Stihl Saw and Power Tools training certificate on completion of the course.
Who Should Attend
The course is aimed at anyone who operates power tools/ Power Saw as part of their job.
Qualifications you gain
Upon completion, delegates will receive a certificate that will last for 3 years. This course will need to be completed again if delegates wish to renew this qualification.
