Kirsty became the director of Seaham Safety Services on the 1st November 2020.
Kirsty has worked within the Health and Safety Training industry for 20 years and has brought a wealth of knowledge from her other company in Hertfordshire.
Kirsty is a keen and motivated director with a vision of the experience she wants delegates to have when they are being trained by Seaham Safety Services.
Outside of the office, Kirsty enjoys travelling, reading, and spending time with her family.
Kay joined Seaham Safety Services in November 2019 and quickly learned all areas of the company and is now responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of operations across the company.
Kay manages our Health and Safety clients and is focused on building and sustaining quality relationships with our clients, as well as being responsible for all financial matters of the business such as client billing, accounts payable and banking.
Kay ensures that all our courses are delivered by our specialist trainers in such a way that you will receive tangible benefits from receiving your training with us and is responsible for the monitoring of our training courses to ensure they are continually improved and meet our clients needs.
Aside from managing the day-to-day operations, Kay handles the NVQ side of the business.
Georgia Steele
Training, marketing and administration coordinator
Georgia joined us in October 2019 as an Apprentice working towards her Level 2 in Business Administration, after completing her A level and GCSE studies. She is now working full-time in Training, Marketing and Administration.
She deals with course bookings, updating the website for clients, and is generally the first point of contact when you call the office to make a booking or have a query.
She has also qualified as a Face Fit tester and carries out Face Fit tests regularly.
Lucy joined the team in 2024 as our Business Development Manager. With a proven track record and a number of years of business to business sales in the construction sector, we look forward to seeing Lucy take Seaham Safety to new heights.
