Seaham Safety Services are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Advisor to join our outbound sales team at Seaham, County Durham. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate sales advisor to work with a highly successful training provider in the Northeast of England. You will be selling a variety of both in house and accredited courses.
You will support the company by fully satisfying customers needs and contributing towards achieving company and individual sales targets.
Your responsibilities will include…
- Developing sound customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques
- Working closely with our marketing team on product promotions
- Fully satisfy customer needs in respect of any queries.

To succeed as a Business Development Manager you will bring the following skill-set and behaviour’s
•You will have already undertaken a business development role and have experience in the Health and safety industry preferably in either a Sales or Contract role.
•You will have the experience, confidence and ability to positively and professionally represent Seaham safety Services and develop strong and successful relationships with existing clients and new.
•You will also be able to demonstrate the experience and ability to lead on tenderbids ensuring profitability and good ROI.
•Key to success will be your ability to be a team player.
