COURSE AIMS
This practical 2-day workshop provides delegates with an opportunity to use a number of simple tools in a structured and logical way to resolve any work related problems or challenges.

- A structured problem solving tool – DMAIC Process
- Problem definitions
- Data collection and Process Mapping
- Data analysis using Fishbone diagrams and IPO diagrams
- Solution specification and solution generation
- Overview of the key aspects of Change Management
- Visual controls and methods for sustaining change
- Personal Action Planning
Throughout the workshop a series of practical exercises ensure the delegates have the opportunity to try out the different tools and techniques on simple business processes.
