COURSE AIMS
This highly practical workshop provides delegates with the tools to be able to visualise and map out ANY business process. Having mapped the process delegates will use a number of simple tools to enhance and improve the process.

The workshop covers the following topics:
- Process mapping – uses and benefits
- DMAIC Process – a logical problem solving tool
- Problem definitions
- Data collection and Process Mapping
- Data analysis using Fishbone diagrams and IPO diagrams
- Solution specification and solution generation
- Personal Action Planning
A series of practical examples are used to demonstrate the principles and tools and delegates with get first hand experience of mapping and improving processes.
