COURSE AIMS
This practical and very interactive 3-day programme provides new Managers / Graduates with the basic insights, tools and techniques for effectively managing a team in an ever changing business environment.

During the 3 days the following topics will be covered in detail:
- Effective team working and barriers that prevent this happening
- Understanding of self and others in terms of motivation and communication
- Effective communication and influencing skills
- Managing conflict
- Coaching for performance
- Structured approach to problem solving (using DMAIC)
- Overview of Lean Sigma tools and techniques
- Personal Action Planning
This programme is designed around a series of highly practical exercises to ensure the delegates have the opportunity to try out the different tools and techniques and embed the key learnings
