Lighthouse Programme – Understanding Personal Aspects of Change

COURSE AIMS

This experiential workshop will allow delegates the opportunity to experience Change and understand how they personally deal with it. It will provide an overview of what Change is and look at how it affects people differently.

COURSE CONTENT

The following topics will be covered by the workshop:

  • Overview of Change theory
  • Paradigms
  • Resistance to Change
  • The different stages people pass through during Change
  • The Impact of Change on individuals – different approaches to Change
  • Practical exercise to allow delegates first-hand experience of the Change process
  • Personal Action Plan

This is a very practical, hands-on workshop where delegates have the opportunity to experience first-hand the impact of change and how they respond to it.
