COURSE AIMS
This 2-day workshop provides an integrated package of training, coaching, insights and practical application of Lean Sigma tools and techniques to create motivated and empowered teams.
COURSE CONTENT
The workshop will cover the following topics:
- Introduction to the concept of Paradigms
- Team development – Effective team behaviours / barriers to effective team working
- Understanding of self and others within the team – roles, behaviours, preferences
- Basic operating frameworks including 5S, Standard Work & Performance Management
- Practical use of Lean Sigma tools including Process mapping, IPO diagrams, Fishbone diagrams, Risk analysis (FMEA) and After Action Reviews
- Basic understanding of visual statistics (a non-statisticians guide) covering Definitions, Process Capability, Control charts, Histograms, Box plots
The exact content of the workshop will be tailored to the specific requirements of the delegates thus ensuring relevance and applicability of examples and ease of use of tools & techniques back in the workplace.
