COURSE AIMS
The course aims to provide the participant with a thorough understanding of the safe operation and use of stihl saws and power tools
COURSE CONTENT
The course will cover the following elements:
· Legislation
· Hazards and risks in relation to the use of stihl saws, power tools and abrasive wheels
· Appropriate PPE and appropriate pre-use checks
· Methods of risk control
· Safe use of the stihl saw and identification and mounting of appropriate wheels
COURSE BENEFITS
After completing the course participants will have a thorough understanding of how to operate and mount abrasive wheels correctly and safely, and understand the dangers and associated legislation.
The participant will receive a Stihl Saw and Power Tools training certificate on completion of the course.
